SHOT AT MIDNIGHT.
FATE OF A COMMUNIST. revolutionary plots. LONDON, April 24. A court-martial sentenced to death tha Communist Reisman, an agent of the Third International, for having secretly organised the Esthonian revolutionaries, says the Reval correspondent of the Times. He was executed at midnight. Nine bandits who were terrorising Soviet officials at Kursk have been executed, says the Riga correspondent of the Times. Reisman was shot in a forest, where the Esthonians have already executed 200 Communists. A Red organisation has been unearthed which seeks to foment revolution in India, Egypt, China and Persia.
