TENURE OF HOTELS.
THE LICENSING POLLS. [liT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WANGANUI. Friday. The president of the Licensed Victuallers' Association, Mr. P. Coyle, at a meeting of local hotelkeepers to-day, was asked if he thought the trade would have a longer period between polls. 110 replied that he thought the Government would introduce legislation on- the basis of the 1924 Parliamentary Committee's recommendations, which included provision for a longer tenure.
