POSTAGE ON PAPERS.
RATES TO DOMINIONS. A. nnd N.Z. LONDON. March 30. The Postmaster-General, Sir W. Mitchell Thompson, in replying to a question in the House of Commons, said his department. had reviewed the rates of postage on magazines and papers between Canada and Britain. In view of the heavy loss entailed there was no hope of an extension of the reduction to other parts of the Empire.
