MONGOLIAN PHEASANTS.
LIBERATION IN OHINEMURI. [BY TELEGU VPU. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] THAMES, Wednesday. The Ohinemuri Acclimatisation Society has received a consignment of 50 four-nionths-old purebred Mongolian pheasants from Mr. A. Dobson'a game farm at Whangarata through the Auckland society. These birds were taken charge of on arrival at Paeroa by Mr. 0. Stembridge and have been divided into small groups between the settlers and liberated on the Wirihana estate, Nethertoru
