In the House of Commons, after the passing of a resolution drawing attention to the necessity for the Government employing as many wounded soldiers Who are on the Kind's roll as possible, Lord Apsley moved: ''That the House is of opinion that the Government should make every effort v.o stimulate and assist in every suitable form migration and settlement within the Empire." .
