GREECE AND BULGARIA.
A DELAYED PAYMENT. REPARATION FOR INVASION. TIME LIMIT NOW EXPIRED. By Telegraph—Press Association--ICopyright. 1 Copyright. Times. LONDON. Feb. 15. The Sofia correspondent of the Times says a painful impression exists in the Bulgarian capital Giving to the delay of Greece in paying the indemnity she was ordered to pay by the League of Nations in connection with' the frontier incidents of October. The Bulgarian Government has so far not received a notification of the intention of Greece to pay. It is recognised that Greece is entitled to withhold payment until the last possible moment, but Bulgaria intends to protest to the League failing the payment by this evening.
