A public ceremony is being arranged for Thursday afternoon in connection with the official opening of the largo new wing at the Tokanui Mental Hospital. The addition will be known as the Frank Hay wing, in memory of the late Inspector-General, who had much to do with affairs at Tokanui. It is understood that the Hon. J. A. Young, Minister of Health, will perform the ceremony.
