High School batted first but could do nothing with the bowling of J Buchan, and were all out for IG. Buchan took seven wickets for 8 runs. Karaka rephed with 116 High School's second inSkf4 3S ' J - t ß,lcha , n »nd B- Buchan taking all the wickets, the former seven for 22 and the latter two for 7. Karaka won by an innings and 02 runs. The United-Tararu match was responsible for a fine batting performance by Gibson whose score of 73 is the best local effort; to date It included 13 fours and two sixes.
