GUARANTEE FOR THE SEASON,.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] . GISBQRNE, Friday. • The " Hicks ; freezing works will open again this season. Last year the director: of the Gisborne Sheep Farmers' Company called upon the farmers of the district to guarantee a certain amount of stock as a minimum killing, in order to allow the works to pay expenses. A similar policy has been adopted this season, and the guarantees have been given.
