ACCIDENT ON WARSHIP.
DEFECTIVE SHELL EXPLODES. FIVE MEN INJURED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Heed. 8.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 7. A report from Snn Pedro states that five men have been injured by the explosion of a defective .shell aboard the battleship Oklahoma while she was engaged in anti-aircraft practice.
