AN AMERICAN ENTERPRISE. COMPLETION OF DESIGNS. (Received 9.5 p.m.) Reuter. !N EW \ORIv, Jan. i. The completion of the designs for what is claimed to bo the largest metal-clad airship in the world, two and a-half times larger than the Shenandoah, is announced by the- Aircraft Corporation. The airship will lie equipped for commercial use, but in the event of war it could be equipped for military purposes in 48 hours.
