ANGLICAN BIBLE CLASSES.

ANNUAL CAMP CONCLUDED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Saturday. The Anglican Bibls Class camp on the Showgrounds, Hamilton, broke up to-day after a week of activity for the 130 boys who assembled from all parts of the I)o----minion. The Bible class movement is only a recent development in the Church of F-ngland, but during the five years of its life it has made wonderful progress. The camp is an annual fixture, and although originally intended to have been held this season at Auckland, Hamilton was decided upon on account of 'the lack of a {suitable ground in the Northern city. The camp assembled on December 26 under charge of the Rev. G. Gordon Bell, of Auckland. The archbishop of the province visited the camp and was celebrant at the first communion. He also gave a special service for the boys at the Hamilton Church. Trophies were donated for inter-Island competition in debating and different branches of sport, the honours being fairly evenly divided. North Island won the Association football match by 5 goals to 1 and the Rugby match by 15 points to 3. The cricket match was won by the South Island by six runs. The two Islands drew on the senior debate and South Island won the junior debate. The Hamilton class won the Selwyn Cup for Swimming and the Junior Banner for athletics. The junior swimming was won by St. James', Lower Eiccarton, and the Senior Athletic Banner by St. Andrew's, Auckland. The next camp will be at Timaru. The Rev. C. A. Fraer was elected president of the union and the Christchurch executive was delegated tci act as the Dominion executive.
