SIR J. PARR MENTIONED. TRIP TO ENGLAND LIKELY. Dates have been pencilled f?r passages for Sir James and Lady Parr to London, in a steamer leaving New Zealand in April next, says a southern paper.-: Sir 1 James Allen's term as High Commissioner docs not end until a few months later, but, if Sir James Parr is to bo the,'next representative of New Zealand, he would naturally liko to be on the spot some time before Sir .Tames Allen leaves office in order to make himself conversant -with what has been going on.
