CHAPLIN WINS PRESIDENT'S. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] HASTINGS, Friday. The Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's Summer Meeting opened to-day. There was a good attendance. The weather was cold and showery. but the course was hard, de3pito heavy ram last night.
