A hitherto unrevealed drama lies behind a deovih notice which is advertised in the London papers. This says:— M Captain Sidney Reilly, M.C., beloved husband of Pepita, kiUed near the village of .Atiekul, Russia, by G.P.U. troops " (notorious Cheka police). The Daily Express says: "Captain Reilly was the son of an Irishman and a Russian mother. He established the first Russian aerodrome in 1910. He took his commission in the Royal Air force in 1917, although he was over military age. "Subsequently Captain Reilly performed dangerous intelligence work in Germany and was later in the Secret Service in Prussia during the height of the Bolshevik terror. He then became an official of the Soviet organisation. He was outlawed in 1918, and was condemned to be shot if he was found on Bolshevik territory. Captain Pteillv married Pepita, the ■widow of the late Haddon Chambers, playwright, in 1923. '
