CHRISTMAS TEA AND FETE. The Y.W.C.A. Business Girls' Club in Customs Street was en fete on Monday night when the members held a festive tea and Christmas tree to mark the end of the'year. There was a large gathering round the charmingly-decorated tables and after tea there followed much fun with Christmas crackers and wishes. A Christmas cake presented by the honorary president, Mrs.. The president, Miss Elizabeth Fleming, presided over the feast and Mrs. French acted the part of Father Christmas. The arrangement, of the programme was in the hands of the girls' membership committee and much credit is doe to the chairman, Miss E. Mills, for the splendid way in which it was carried out.
