ISSUE OF £5.000,000, 51 PER CENT. AT PAR. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 1.5 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 7. The Federal Treasurer, Dr. Earl Page, announces that the Loan (,ouncil is about to float a loan of £5.000.000 at par, bearing interest at the rate of 5| per cent.
