FRENCH FINANCES.
PROPOSALS, OF GOVERNMENT. APPROVAL BY COMMITTEE. Reuter. PARIS, Nov. 15. The Finance Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, after an all-night sitting, finally adopted the Government's financial proposals by 16 votes to 4.
The committee decided that the sinking fund should buy up part of the rente perpetuelle securities. It authorised the Minister for Finance to ask the Bank of France for a fresh advance of 1,500,000,000 francs.
