MOTOR-CYCLISTS COLLIDE.
ONE SEVERELY INJURED.
[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] WHANG AKEI, Monday.
A mine surfaceman, Mr .C. Hyde, aged 23, while riding a motor-cycle on Saturday evening along the main road near Wilson's colliery, Hikurangi, came into collision at a bend with another motorcyclist,, Mr. Nankivill. Both men were injured, but Mr. Hyde was the greater sufferer and was ordered to the Whangarei Public Hospital. Mr. Nankivill, after having an abrasion to his hand attended to, proceeded home.
