WELLINGTON CITY LOAN.

The Union Bank of Australia has been appointed agent for the raising of a snecial loan of £130,000 in London for the Wellington City Council. The bank will offer the loan and the Wellington City street works loan of £200,000 in one prospectus, and make such conditions as to allotment of all or any of the debentures of the, loans as the hank thinks fit.
