WEDDINGS.
The wedding took place on Wednesday in Dunedin,/at Knox Church, of Kathleen Margaret, daughter of the late Mr. J. R. Glendining, and Mrs. Glendining, and Norman, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Brett, of Epsom, Auckland. The Rev. Tu.'loch Yuille off dated. The bride, who was given away by her uncle, Mr. F. W. Mitchell, wore a beautiful gown of cream satin simply cut on classical lines and adorned with heavy motifs of silver satin. Her train was of cream satin and georgette, and lier veil (lent by the bridegroom's mother), of rich Brussels lace was caught .on the left shoulder with a knot of orange blossom. Her sheaf of arum lilies was tied with pink tulle. The bridesmaids were Misses Mary Glendining, Esine a'Court (Christchmch), and Billie Mitchell, in their simple frocks of Princess Mary-"blue georgette, quaintily adorned with velvet flowers in a deeper tone. They wore hats of black crinoline straw trimmed with posies of red roses, and carried bouquets of red roses veiled in pink tulle. Messrs. Stanley, Riddier (Wellington), Selwyn Robinson (Auckland), and Charles Eeid were groomsmen. After the ceremony the wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's mother at Littlebourne. ! At All Saints' Church, Dunedin, on Wednesday afternoon, Gwenyth Lillian, daughter of the late Dr. R. V. Fulton and Mrs. Fulton, was married to Terence Allan Arthur, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. 0. Bridgeman, of St. Clair. The Very Rev. Dean Fitchett, assisted by the Rev. F. V. Fisher, performed the marriage ceremony. Dr. Roland Fulton gave the bride awav. The church, decorated with Marechal Neil roses, white broom, and forget-me-nots, made a beautiful setting for the ceremony, in which the bride was a charming-figure: Her gown of rich silver lame vnder silver embossed lace, caught in the front with. silver roses, had long tightly-fitting sleeves of transparent silver lace. ITcr veil and train (the gifts of a friend) were of old Honiton lace, and her bouquet (presented by the High School Old Bovs' Association), was composed of lilies of the valley and Marechal Niel rn-;es. Her/bridesmaids were Miss Flora Mcintosh, of Wellington, and Miss Joan Hartmann. They wore short frocks of silver tissue with overdresses of transparent silver lace reaching almost to the ankles, and girdled in front with large del-phinium-blue silk flowers. Silver tissue swathed arovmd their brows and caught with pink ind blue forget-me-nots made effective head-dresses and thev carried bouquets of forget-me-nots' and arelias. The little , trainbearer, Nancy Fisher, the bride's god-d,mgM-»r, was dressed in creim lace net- with a hand of forcet-me-riots on her head. Mr. F. 0. Bridfreman. jun., was best man, and Mr. C. Bridgeman Groomsman.
