GOLDEN WEDDING.
CELEBRATION AT GTAKUHU. Mr. and Mrs. James Muffins, of Gr<sat South Road, Otahuhu, celebrated their golden wedding on Wednesday. They were entertained at a social in the Masonic Hall and were the recipients of many gifts and congratulatory letters and telegrams. Mr. and Mrs. Mullins, who both enioy ecrd health, were married at the Holy Trinity Church in 1875 by fcna late Canon Frank Gould. They have four sons and one daughter and 1-5 grandchildren. Mr. Muliins, who is 81 years of age, wis bom in Parnell &nd has resided in Otahuhu since he was 13 years oi age. He served in the militia during the Maor War and took part, in many adventurers expeditions, driving cattle from tiie \ kato to Otahuhu for the troops.
