GERMANY AND RUSSIA.
TRADE TREATY ENSURED. Reuter, BERLIN. Oct. 7. President Hindenburg has informed M. Tchitcharin, Soviet Commissar for Foreign Affairs, that the German Ambassador at Moscow has been authorised to sign the commercial agreement between Germany and Russia.
