A WILLING PRISONER.
SIDELIGHTS ON STRIKE. Thirty-three seamen, sentenced to imprisonment for refusal of dnty, gave themselves op to the police at Fremantle, on September 25, and were taken to prison. One seaman, who was late in giving himself up, followed the other's to the prison door, which was closed,, and banged on the door until the warder answered. The man claimed the right to enter and a slight argument ensued, until a policeman with a warrant for the man appeared. The eager applicant fcr prison honours was then admitted and joined his comrades.
