RUSSIA AND GERMANY.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT. LOAN AND TRADE CREDITS, j Router. MOSCOW, Oct. 6. M. Sokolnikov, Soviet Commissar for Finance, announces that the State Bank has concluded an agreement with a group | of the largest German banks, under which | the latter will grant the State Bank a credit of 75,000,(XX) Geminii marks. This, combined with a trade credit, will make possible the purchase in (Jeimany of goods on credit valued at 100,000,000 gold marks. A term ol several months lias been suggested for flip credit. M. Sokolnikov says the credit is the first of a series of large credit agreements projected by the State Bank.
