Mifsud, the first Prime Minister of Malta to visit Britain since the grant of selfg'.vernment to the island. The Secretary of State for the Dominions, Mr. L. C. M. S. Amery, who presided, emphasised tho real success of the constitutional experiment made in Malta five years ago.
