THE PRICE OF BUTTER.
Sir, —" E&ir Deal" as he unjustly I terms himself is trying to make a noise with his sejiish bleat merely because the poor dairy farmer is getting the market value, for his produce. It is quite evident lie knows nothing whatever about i'avm work, I wonder would he be content to work from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. in a!!- weathers ? If butter averaged 2s per lb the dairy farmer (considering his hours of wrjrk) is one of the poorest paid men in the Dominion. Now, let us hear no more, of this selfish nonsense but give the hardworking dairy farmer a " square deal.'* A Farm he's Wots.
