ONE TREE HILL ROADS.
SCHEME FOR IMPROVEMENT. FOUR MAIN THOROUGHFARES. PROPOSAL TO RAISE £81,975. A decision to take a poll of ratepayeron proposals to raise loans for 1 hy^ll down four main roads in the district in permanent materials was rttiched by the One Tree Hill Road Board last evening. The four roads, with the amounts required for each, are Great South Road, £26,569; Green Lane Road, £21,714; Market Road, £12,680; and Campbell Rend, £21,012; making a total of £81,975. The proposed loan for Great South Road will be divided into two portions, £21,696 for the section from the Harp of Erin to Green Park Road, and £4873 for the section from Church Street to St. Ann's Bridge. The poll is to be taken in six weeks.
