BALL AT BALMORAL.

NO MODERN DANCES. QUEEN MARY AND THE PIPER. LONDON. Sept. 27. In accordance with tradition,, no modern dances were included in the programme for the gillies' ball, which the King and Queen gave to the gillies, servants and tenants at Balmoral Castle. The Queen partnered the King's Piper in the opening reel, and also danced waltzes and strathspeys and participated in other numbers.
