RUMANIAN TRAITORS.

VAST PLOT DISCOVERED. ROYALTIES' LIVES IN DANGER. Times . LONDON. Oct. 5. The Bucharest correspondent or the Times reports the discovery at Hotin, North Bessarabia, of a vast Bolshevik conspiracy. The aim is the establishment of a revolutionary movement similar to the rising which took place at latat Bunar in September, 1924. The arrest of the chief conspirator, a former lieutenant in the Russian Army, as well as severd.l other Communists, led to the finding of huge quantities of arms, machine-guns, bombs and ammunition. These were hidden in several villages around Hotin. It has been established that the conspirators have been in communication with the Czernowitz Communists, with whom they are plotting an attempt on the lives of the King and Queen of Rumania on the occasion of the projected visit to Jassy on October 11 of Their Majesties.
