NEW RESIDENT-GENERAL. PRESENT CABINET MINISTER. (Received 8.35 p.m.) Reutor. PARIS. Oct. 5. It is authoritatively stated that the Minister for Justice, M. Steeg, ex-Governor-General of Algeria, will succeed Marshal Lyautey as French Resident-General in Morocco.
