TRAGEDY IN FINLAND, CREW BELIEVED DROWNED. A. and N.Z. HELSINGFORS. Oct. 5. The Finnish Navy torpedo boat S2 ran aground and capsized in a violent storm while manoeuvres were in progress in the Gulf of Bothnia. It is understood that the whole crew of three officers and 50 men were drowned.
