ELECTION DATE FIXED.
ANNOUNCEMENT MADE. WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4. STATEMENT BY MR. BOLLARD. [BZ TELEGRAPH, —OWN CORRESPONDENT, J TAUPXRI, Tuesday. Curiosity as to the date of the coming general elections was satisfied this evening by the Hon. R. F. Bollard, Minister for Internal Affairs, when addressing his constituents at Taupiri. In the course of his speech Mr. Bollard remarked that the date selected for the elections was Wednesday, November 4.
