MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS. Moanatftiari.— l The east crosscut was advanced sft., a tola! of 218 ft. The country is of nice mild blocky nature and a fair flow of water is coming through the heads in the face, and there is probably a i*<-f close at hand. The west crosscut was advanced 2ft , a total of IS4ft. We have been timbering' the greater part of the week. The Caledonia reef was advanced 12ft. There is a leader about 4in.- wide carrying a little iron pyntea and zinc blende, coming in at a fairly lonic angle, from the hanuinywal!. This should mterthe reef In a couple of more rounds.
