INTERNATIONAL BOARD. s [position OF DOMINIONS. A. and N.Z. , LONDON,, Sept. 15. It is reliably stated that; the Rugby Football International Board agrees that Australia and. New Zealand shall havo one representative on it between them. South Africa is to have one representative. :Mr. Rowland Hill, writing in the Rugby Football Annual, said he was deeply disappointed that the International Board did not give effect to the proposal made at the'conference in December, 1924, for the formation of an Imperial advisory body, . but he desired to point* out that the Dominions were ably represented on the Rugby Union Committee and would earnestly invite them to send suggestions in the confident hope that they would be always carefully considered.
