RIFF INDEPENDENCE.
ABD EL KRIM'S DEMAND. PEACE ON NO OTHER TERMS. (Received 9.35 p.m.) Reutor. PARIS Aug. 10. An official communique says the French Government has received a communication from General Primo do Rivera, president of the Spanish Directory, reporting an interview he had with a Riffiun emissary.
The latter declared that Abd el Krim would only enter into peace negotiations if the independence of the Riffs v'ere recognised.
