NEW NAME FOR LABOUR. LEANINGS TO COMMUNISM. A. an-1 N.Z. LONDON. Aug. 7. Three amendments will be submitted at tho annual Labour Conference to bo held in September suggesting that the Labour Party should henceforth ba called the Socialist Party. Ono hundred branches aro to submit domands for affiliation with the Communist Party.
