BREACHES OF THE TREATY. INSTANCES OF DISSIMULATION. (Received 10.5 p.m.) Reuler. LONDON, Juno 9. The report of the Inter-Allied Coipmis-, sion of Control, which formed the basis of the disarmament Note despatched to Germany on Friday, has been published. The majority of Germany's infractions of the Treaty of Versailles are embodied in the Ndte. The report of (lie Commission enlarged on the resistance and obstruction on the part of Germany to the Allied military authorities: It charged the Germans with dissimulation, notably as to the military training of youths and the secret possession of surplus war material and armaments.
