LAWN TENNIS.
CLIVE ROAD WINTER COURTS. The Clive Road winter tennis courts, Epsom, were opened on Saturday afternoon, there being a good attendance of members and players from other cluba. They aro chip courts, and so are particularly suitable for winter play. The management propose to insial electric light, so that tho courts may be regularly used in the evenings. This will bo the first club in New Zealand to introduce playing by artificial light.
