Dominion, to the effect that lie proposes revisiting New Zealand this year. In the course of a letter to Mr. W. 1. Penny, secretary of the M&nawatu Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Mr. Wilbur, writing'from America, says that with a personal friend, Mr. Whipple, be intends leaving Vancouver t" IS to visit Australia and Ncvfc Zealand, lis would like very much to bo at the Spring Show in Palmerston North.
