MAN BELIEVED DROWNED.
HOOKING LOGS FROM RIVER. FATHER OF NINE CHILDREN. i [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday. A Purangi settler, Mr. Carl Woisin, is believed t-o have been drowned in the Waitara River while hooking logs which were brought down by the flood waters. Mr. Woisin is a married man with nine children. A search has been carried on without success, and it is thought his body has been carried down the river and probably out to sea.
