PRINCE OF WALES.
TOUR IN NIGERIA. ENTHUSIASTIC WELCOME. (Received 9.5 p.m.) Reuter. LIORIN (Nigeria). Apl. 16. Owing to the fact that the local Emir is the only great chief in the northern provinces of Nigeria ho will be unable to attend tho ceremonies in connection with the welcomo to tho Prince of Wales at Kano. The Prince, on his way from Lagos to Kano, halted at Liorin, 170 miles northeast of Lagos. He was enthusiastically welcomed. The railway station was gaily decorated. Mr. H. Hodge, a resident, had erected a post bearing tho arms of Magdalen College, tho Prince's college.
