A party of miners employed in the James State mine have signed an agreement 'to work tho dip section on the cooperative system, and will commence work on Monday next. This makes the third party to come to terms with the management to work sections on the cooperative system. It is understood that there are other sections of the State mines that cfouhl be worked on the same system, and it is expected that satisfactory arrangements will be made to work other sections. The co-operativo system is evidently appealing to the men.
