MINING NEWS.
MUIR'S GOLD REEFS LTD. A NEW REEF CUT. Advice was received from the general manager of Muirs Gold Reefs, Ltd., at Te Puke, that a reef had been cut at 617 ft. from the shaft in the Muir's reef crosscut. The quartz in this reef is mineralised.
