The Persian Parliament has decided 'o invest the, Prime Minister, Sanlat Nepali, with full control of the army and police;. This will enable him to carry out proposed reforms. Sardar Sepal) informed Parliament that he had fried repeatedly to induce the Shah to return to Persia. He said he intended to continue his efforts in that direction.
