Sir Charles Fergusson, conferred with tho Dominion executive of the Boy Scouts' Association to-day. The following statement, was made at the conclusion by Brigadier-Gen-era 1 A. W. Andrew, honorary cruet commissioner:— ! "His Excellency has a High position in the movement in Scotland since the great war, having been county commissioner for Ayrshire. Ho is anxious to place his knowledge and experience at the disposal of those conducting the movement in New Zealand.
