MOERAKI'S SEAMEN.
CONTRACT WITH COMPANY. CANCELLATION BY COURT. Australian and N./5. Cable Association. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE. Feb. 12. The Court granted the Union Company's application for the cancellation of the contract between the master and members of the crew of the Moeraki, but ordered that the men be granted free passages to New Zealand by the Manuka, The company had offered to do tlm if the contract was cancelled, as the men's wages would cease with the making of the order by the Court.
