BOWLING CLUB DISPUTE.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION. SUPREME COURT ACTION. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] W ELLINGTON. Thursday. Hearing of the claim brought by J. D. Sievwright against cancellation of his membership by tlio Wellington Bowling Club ended in Mr. Justice Ostler reserving his decision. He indicated that bo would hold that the articles of association were ultra vires and that plaintiff had been a member of tho club. His Honor expressed doubt- as to whether tho rules had been strictly complied with by the committee.
