RENT CLAIM SUCCEEDS.

BALMORAL ROAD HOUSE. A claim for £lB ior rent rnado by Henry Reginald Brindle (Mr. P. B. Fitzherbert) against Annie Briggs (Mr. Fennell), on the ground that defendant had vacated a house in Balmoral Iload which she had contracted to lease for three years; was heard by Mr. E. C.
