MOTOR-CAR FATALITY.
INQUEST ON THE VICTIM.
An inquest regarding the death on Tuesday evening of Muriel Ethel Powley, aged 11, following injuries received through being knocked down by a motor-car in Great North Road in the afternoon, was opened yesterday by the coroner, Mr. W. li. Mclvenn, S.M, Evidence of identification was taken, and the proceedings were then adjourned sine die.
